hmmmmm, went for my very first ever accupuncture appointment to try and combat my eczema this afternoon with one of my sister-in-law's good friends. it was really, really interesting and yes, hurt just a little bit here and there but overall a cool experience. she targeted aa few points in my neck that are supposed to help me sleep more soundly as well so we'll see how that goes tonight, i guess.
